Services

FutureProof Color provides professional color grading, finishing, and related post-production services. All services are provided on a project basis with terms agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

Project Terms

• All project terms, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in a project agreement
• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Revision rounds are included as specified in the project agreement
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges

Client Materials

Clients are responsible for providing source materials in the required format and quality. We recommend:

• Apple ProRes 4444 or 4444 HQ for delivery
• Camera native color space (no baked-in LUTs)
• Minimum resolution of 1920x1080
• Clean folder structure with organized media

Intellectual Property

Clients retain all rights to their original footage and final deliverables. FutureProof Color may use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of unreleased projects. All client materials and project details are treated as confidential. NDA agreements are available upon request.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Invoices are typically due within 30 days of receipt. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies are outlined in individual project agreements. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work completed at time of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

FutureProof Color's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
