FutureProof Color / Turnover checklist

Start with the project
- Treatment or brief, visual references and current cut
- Target delivery date, running time and required versions
- Review method, stakeholders and any release restrictions

Agree the turnover approach before exporting
- Camera originals or an agreed flat export
- Locked timeline as XML, AAF or EDL
- Reference movie with matching timecode
- Camera, frame rate and color-space information
- Viewing LUTs identified, not baked into the flat export
- Notes on speed changes, VFX, transitions and reframing

Confirm final delivery
- Frame sizes, aspect ratios and duration of each version
- Codec, frame rate, color space and audio handoff
- Review dates, notes contact and approved final version
